At Freddy, we want you to feel confident in every fit, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. If your purchase isn't perfect, simply return it in its original condition with tags attached for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
